Together we move through a guided ceremony of reflection, grounding, and renewal. Reconnecting with the deeper rhythms of the Earth and your own heroic journey.
Part 2
Embodied Energy
Move your body. Clear old patterns. Awaken your vitality.
Through movement, breath, and somatic activation, you’ll shake off stagnation and invite new energy into your system.
Part 3
The Quest
Enter a Living Quest that carries the energy of your hero's journey into the weeks that follow.
Train a key archetype, build new skills, and strengthen your heroic path with practices you can repeat every day.
